CET (The Center for Educational Technology) is leading a digital transformation to build our next-generation learning platform. We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer who is passionate about creating exceptional user experiences and building robust, well-architected frontend and backend applications.

The Mission

You will be a key player in designing and implementing our flagship products from the ground up. This role is perfect for a developer who cares deeply about UI/UX details and code quality, ensuring our educational tools are both powerful and intuitive for millions of users.

What You’ll Do

• Frontend Excellence: Build highly responsive, reactive, and pixel-perfect UIs using React, TypeScript, and modern CSS.
• System Architecture: Design and implement clean, scalable architectures for both the frontend (state management, component libraries) and the backend (Node.js).
• Design to Code: Partner with designers to ensure seamless transitions from design concepts to production-grade interfaces.
• Quality & Mentorship: Maintain high standards through clean code, automated testing, and thoughtful code reviews for the team.
• Collaboration: Work with Product Managers and stakeholders to explain technical trade-offs and drive technical roadmaps.

• 5+ years of professional Full-Stack experience with a strong focus on the Frontend.
• Mastery of the Stack: Expert knowledge of React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Modern Web Fundamentals: Mastery of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Architectural Mindset: Proven experience in building well-organized frontend applications with focus on reactivity, state management, and modularity.
• Design Sensitivity: An eye for detail and the ability to implement high-quality, user-centric designs.
• Communication: Ability to collaborate effectively with both experienced engineers and non-technical stakeholders.

Great-to-Have Advantages:

• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with Cloud environments (AWS/Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Previous experience in the e-learning or EdTech sector.
