* העבודה מתבצעת במשרדים בירוחם וכוללת עבודה יומיומית עם צוות המפתחים במקום.
תחומי אחריות
- הובלה מקצועית של צוות מפתחים בתחילת דרכם
- חניכה וליווי יומיומי בפיתוח קוד ובפתרון בעיות
- ביצוע Code Reviews והטמעת סטנדרטים לפיתוח איכותי
- סיוע בתכנון פתרונות טכנולוגיים וארכיטקטורה
- עבודה מעשית בפיתוח כחלק מהצוות
- בנייה והטמעה של תהליכי עבודה לצוות מפתחים חדש
- עבודה מול גורמים טכנולוגיים נוספים בארגון
דרישות התפקיד:
- לפחות 5 שנות ניסיון בפיתוח תוכנה
- ניסיון בפיתוח Full Stack
- שליטה באחת או יותר מהטכנולוגיות: React, .NET Core, Python
- ניסיון בעבודה עם APIs ומערכות Web
- ניסיון בעבודה עם Git ותהליכי פיתוח מודרניים
- ניסיון בעבודה בסביבת ענן – יתרון
- ניסיון בהובלה טכנולוגית או כ-Tech Lead – יתרון
- ניסיון במנטורינג או ליווי מפתחים – יתרון

This is not a “ticket-closing” role; you will champion the “Everything-as-Code” philosophy, learning to build the automated highways that allow our developers to ship code safely.
What You’ll Learn & Do
You will collaborate with engineering teams to ensure our infrastructure is robust and developer-friendly.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Learn to design and maintain cloud infrastructure using modern frameworks, focusing on modular, reusable code.
- CI/CD Evolution: Assist in building and modernizing scalable build and release pipelines.
- Developer Enablement: Empower teams by helping build “self-service” pipeline templates, ensuring safe independent deployment.
- Reliability: Help maintain monitoring and logging tools to ensure system health and assist in incident response.

Who You Are (Potential Over Experience)
We are looking for a builder with a Code-First Mindset- you believe that if it isn’t in code, it doesn’t exist. We are prioritizing aptitude and foundational knowledge over years of tenure:
- Technical Foundation: You possess strong proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python, or PowerShell) and have a basic understanding of cloud providers (Azure is a plus, but AWS or GCP knowledge is welcome).
- Eager to Learn: You have a passion for automation and an interest in mastering tools like Terraform, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Kubernetes.
- Collaborative Spirit: You have excellent communication skills and are ready to partner with developers to solve problems.
- Linux Enthusiast: A strong background or interest in Linux administration is highly valued
